The entire staff are very welcoming and helpful - all special requests are fulfilled as soon as possible. The walk to the center is panoramic and a complete pleasure. We were feeling like home: everything, the staff, the location, food and medical procedures were above our expectations! It was a pity we could not stay longer to take all the procedures and to enjoy the view. All procedure rooms and equipment were new, some of them were even quite unfamiliar to me, one of which was the contactless pool-like massage bed: during a 15 minute procedure you feel like swaying in the air!
Food was for all tastes, and the portions were really huge. Fresh fruits and vegetables were always there for breakfast, dinner and supper.
No words can describe the location especially when it was snowing heavily and the beauty of big pine trees... so sad we could not take pictures for that day because of the time shortage.
Looking eagerly for another opportunity to be there again. Thank you Mr. Ararat and personnel. You made our short visit unforgettable!

The hotel was a bit away from the center; on foot it was 1 1/2 km. But that was quite doable, and a small walk is good for you. I reported my arrival via booking.com and, to my positive surprise, a hotel employee picked me up at the bus stop (I arrived in the evening by bus from Yerevan). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to praise the young gentleman at the front desk at check-out. He drove to the center with his private car. I was very happy about it because it was raining. Food (really delicious!) is included in the price. Likewise the medical treatments. (Translated from German).

The staff was amazingly friendly and polite. They were willing to go the extra mile to help you. They had issue with their pos for 2 days when I visited and they were so willing to help that they checked my convenient timing to visit the bank and pay via card. They could improve on the vegetarian food options. However they tried their best to provide me with some options in all meals.

I flew from Los Angeles to visit my family and I had the opportunity to travel with my family to jermuk and I fell in love with this place. It was amazing and I will come back again and stay for a longer period. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Food was delicious staff was very friendly and pleasant, I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for the pleasant attitude of the management even though I stayed there for one night I had a great time. Thank you again.
